Routix NetCom requires the "Microsoft Windows Script" version 5.6 or later. These components already included in the Windows 2000, XP, 2003 but in some cases installed not correctly. If you'r operating system does not including these components or you have not correct installation - please download these components from Microsoft's site or here:
